"As close to paradise as is safe" - Michael Shellard, Wales UK
THE INN
Built in 1832, the building houses four guest rooms built entirely of natural coral block and was carefully restored by the present owners in 1994. There's no floor plan here - the guest rooms are housed under the original domed top, giving each room its own unique physical structure and individual feel. Architectural details such as original skylights, deep set windows, lantern cutouts and original staircases remain the highlights of this building over 150 years later.
The inn is still family owned and operated, with a familial and laid back vibe that reflects the mellow atmosphere of Bathsheba, from its beach and surrounding villages to the people who live here.
