OUR UNUSUAL HISTORICAL BUILDING FEATURES JUST FOUR GUEST ROOMS WITH UNPARALLELED VIEWS OF THE ATLANTIC OCEANBuilt in 1832, the building houses four architecturally unique guest rooms built entirely of natural coral block and was carefully restored by the present owners in 1994. There's no floor plan here - the guest rooms are housed under the original domed top, giving each room its own unique physical structure and individual feel.
Architectural details such as original skylights, deep set windows, lantern cutouts and original staircases remain the highlights of this building over 150 years later. The inn is still family owned and operated, with a familial and laid back vibe that reflects the mellow atmosphere of Bathsheba, from its beach and surrounding villages to the people who live here. |

Each of our rooms comes equipped with: private bathroom and shower, ceiling fan, beach towels, kitchenette area with mini-refrigerator (no fridge in Room 1), coffee maker, kettle, mugs and glasses, complimentary coffee and tea service and organic locally hand-crafted bath soaps, and free wifi.

Each of our four rooms features unique details, size and physical layout depending on where each falls on the round and beneath our unusual domed roof - many of our longtime guests have stayed in every room, and each has a favorite, so we encourage you to find your own! All of our rooms enjoy a spacious communal open-air sundeck with lounge chairs and a small dipping pool overlooking Bathsheba Beach.

Special Promotions We regularly run seasonal promotions, offer last-minute booking discounts, discounts for returning guests and offer 20% off our room rates for locals all year round. Check out Check-out time is 12:00 noon; late check out is not a problem as long as we have prior notice and provided there are no guest arrivals pending that would overlap. Check in Check-in time is usually around 2:00 pm to assure us housekeeping time between occupancy... however, with advance notice of you arrival time we'll be happy to accommodate you with either an early check-in or a Round House Rum Punch while you wait at the bar or on the beach. Deposit & Cancellation Policy 50% deposit of the total is required to reserve a booking. One night bookings require a 100% deposit. Cancellations made at least 3 weeks (21 days) in advance of arrival date will be honoured with a refund of deposit.
